Welcome to Zilmi. By accessing or using the Zilmi platform (website, mobile app, or related services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Zilmi.

1. About Zilmi

Zilmi is a digital platform that enables users to:

Buy and sell products
Offer and find local services
Post and apply for jobs
Publish articles and earn from views
Partner with Zilmi to earn revenue

Zilmi acts only as a technology platform and is not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use Zilmi, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain only one account per user, unless authorized

Zilmi reserves the right to verify user identity at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure
All activities performed through your account

Zilmi is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Marketplace, Services & Jobs

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, services, job posts, and communications.
Zilmi does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any product, service, or job.
Payments between users are their own responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Fees & Payments

Zilmi may charge platform fees, including but not limited to:

Listing fees
Featured listing fees
Banner or promotional fees

All fees are governed by the Refund Policy, and fees with limited durations are non-refundable.

6. Partner Program (60% Revenue Share)

Users who join Zilmi as Partners are eligible to earn 60% of the revenue they generate through approved activities (such as services, referrals, or other partner programs).

Revenue share applies only to actual earnings collected by Zilmi
Payments are subject to verification, deductions, and minimum payout thresholds
Zilmi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Partner Program at any time

Any attempt to manipulate earnings will result in immediate account termination.

7. Write for Us & Article Monetization

Zilmi allows users to publish articles and earn money based on article views, subject to internal rules and eligibility.

Earnings depend on valid, organic views only
Artificial traffic, bots, fake views, or click manipulation are strictly prohibited
Payment rates, thresholds, and schedules are determined by Zilmi

Zilmi may remove content or suspend monetization at its sole discretion.

8. Fraud, Abuse & Lifetime Ban

Zilmi maintains zero tolerance for fraud or abuse.

If any user is found engaging in:

Fake accounts
Fake views or traffic
Scams, misleading listings, or false information
Payment manipulation
Harassment or illegal activity

👉 Their account will be permanently blocked for lifetime, without notice, appeal, or compensation.

Zilmi reserves full authority to enforce this action.

9. Content Ownership & Rights

Users retain ownership of content they post
By posting on Zilmi, you grant Zilmi a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and distribute your content
Zilmi may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

10. Termination of Account

Zilmi may suspend or terminate any account:

Without prior notice
For violation of these Terms
For legal, security, or operational reasons

Upon termination, all pending earnings may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zilmi is not liable for:

User disputes
Financial losses between users
Job outcomes, service quality, or third-party actions

Use of Zilmi is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

Zilmi may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
